Read the executive summary: Write abstract requirements into cross-cutting, reset actions.

Start With Repeated Tasks
SOP: New Commodity Information Collection, Video Materials Audit, Thread Distribution, Weekly Data Reassembly. Do not start with a thick manual for all possible situations.
Who is to be approached for the recording of trigger conditions, responsible positions, use of forms, completion of standards and anomalies for each matter.
Test the Process on Real Work
Take a short-term run to the SOP to see if the new person can prepare the information on the basis of the document and whether the person in charge can see progress in a fixed position.
The version record should indicate the date and reason for the change, so as to avoid a different version being implemented by team members.
Improve the Process Through Reviews
Each time there is a problem of duplication, the judgement is unclear, incomplete information, intersectional points, or inadequate resources. Only if the reasons are found can the process be adjusted and “implementing” not be used as a substitute for analysis.
A useful SOP should reduce duplication of communication and help new recruits to do their job, not just to keep it.
Select a team task that happens every week and write "start conditions - responsible - three steps - complete the evidence - abnormally."
